1. Cancellations

You can reasonably cancel your booking up to a specified time before your reservation starts, as detailed during the checkout process.

Eligible cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

If you fail to arrive for your reservation without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.
